AMENDMENT POLICY (PASSENGER NAME) NOTICE RECEIVED BY AMENDMENT CHARGES (PER PERSON) 90 days or more RM100 per person 89-07 days RM250 per person

**A change of the lead passenger’s name (1ST Pax) in the stateroom is not permitted.

**Any name amendment request received 6 days or less before departure or total change of passenger names, 100% of full cabin fare as cancellation charges will be levied.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy of the cruise line shall apply as follows:

Cruises 1 to 5 Nights (For Inside, Outside and Verandah Staterooms) CANCELLATION NOTICE RECEIVED BY CANCELLATION CHARGES (PER PERSON) 90 days or more Documentation Fee of RM100 per person 89-45 days 20% of cruise fare + Documentation Fee of RM100 per person 44-30 days 50% of cruise fare + Documentation Fee of RM100 per person 29-15 days 75% of cruise fare + Documentation Fee of RM100 per person 14 days or less 100% of cruise fare + Documentation Fee of RM100 per person

Cruises 1 to 5 Nights (For Suite and Concierge Staterooms) CANCELLATION NOTICE RECEIVED BY CANCELLATION CHARGES (PER PERSON) 45 days or more 20% of cruise fare + Documentation Fee of RM100 per person 44-30 days 50% of cruise fare + Documentation Fee of RM100 per person 29-15 days 75% of cruise fare + Documentation Fee of RM100 per person 14 days or less 100% of cruise fare + Documentation Fee of RM100 per person

**Cancellation fee will be imposed for change of sailing date, downgrading of cabin and itinerary.

**Reservations for Inside, Outside or Verandah Categories with Restrictions (Categories IGT, OGT, VGT) are required full payment at time of purchase. A 100% Cruise Cancellation Fee applies from the time of the booking.

**Deposit for Suite and Concierge Stateroom reservations are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable; Cancellation Fee applies from time of booking.

IMPORTANT NOTES: -

Itineraries, ports of call and offerings may change at any time without notice due to unexpected or unplanned circumstances or operational needs by Disney Cruise Line.

Infant age below 6 months and Pregnant above 24 weeks are not allowed cruise due to safety concerns.

C.

Minor under the age of 18 not travelling with parent or legal guardian must accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older in the same stateroom and requires completed the authorization form. Authorization for Minor to Travel without Parent or Legal Guardian.

D.

Passport MUST have at least 6 months’ validity from the return date, passengers are responsible to ensure that all Travel documents & VISA are in order prior to departure.

E.

All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance at their own expense. Any request for cancellation or deferment of cruise due to guests not being available to cruise will be subject to Disney Cruise Line booking cancellation policy.
